Most of what the salon does happens after the sale. These are the services a client account keeps track of.
Buying from stock
Everything listed on this site is already with us. Try it, size it, and take it home the same day with its certificate and receipt.
Bespoke commissions
Bring a stone or choose one from ours. We draw, quote, and set — typically four to six weeks from approved design.
Resizing and repair
Sizing, re-tipping, rhodium plating, restringing and clasp work, done by the bench we use for our own pieces.
Cleaning and inspection
Free for pieces bought here, always. We check settings and stone security while it is on the bench.
Appraisal
Written valuation for insurance, based on current replacement cost rather than what you paid.
Trade-in
Bring a Nannette piece back toward a larger one. We quote against the original invoice.
Repairs and commissions are logged against your account, so you can see where a piece is without calling.
